Terms of Use for BULWARK

By installing or using “BULWARK — Defend Your Tower” (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use BULWARK on devices you own, in accordance with the terms set out by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or assets of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass in-app purchases through patching, modding, or third-party tools

3. In-App Purchases

BULWARK offers the following in-app purchases:

• Remove Ads — a non-consumable that permanently disables interstitial and rewarded ads. Restorable via the “Restore Purchases” button.
• Gold Packs (200 / 1,200 / 3,000) — consumable in-game gold. Note: Purchased gold credit is preserved across Restart Game actions and is re-grantable via the “Restore Purchases” button after reinstall (subject to App Store / Google Play purchase history).

All purchases are processed by the App Store / Google Play. Refunds are governed by the respective store’s refund policy.

4. Restart Game Warning

The “Restart Game” feature inside the app wipes earned progress (levels cleared, upgrades owned, earned gold, specials inventory) but preserves your purchased gold credit counter. After Restart Game, the next run begins with that credit available again.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top.
