# Privacy Policy for BULWARK

At "Esimo Studios" (Istanbul), we value your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data in "BULWARK — Defend Your Tower".

## 1. Data We Do NOT Collect Directly

BULWARK does not have its own backend. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location to our own servers. BULWARK does not request App Tracking Transparency permission for our own purposes — see §2.3 for the AdMob context.

## 2. Third-Party Services Used by BULWARK

BULWARK uses the following third-party services to deliver core features. Each is described with what it does and what data it processes.

### 2.1 Apple Game Center / Google Play Games Services

Used for leaderboards and achievements only. Sign-in is handled by your device's operating system (Apple ID / Google Account) — BULWARK does not store your platform handle or Game Center / Play Games Services credentials.

### 2.2 RevenueCat (in-app purchase processing)

Used to deliver and restore in-app purchases (Remove Ads non-consumable + gold pack consumables). RevenueCat operates in **anonymous mode** for BULWARK — we do not send your Device ID (IDFA / IDFV / Advertising ID) to it. RevenueCat associates your purchases with the App Store / Google Play receipt that Apple or Google generates on your behalf.

### 2.3 Google AdMob (interstitial + rewarded ads)

BULWARK shows interstitial ads between levels and rewarded ads for the optional "revive" feature. AdMob uses your **Advertising ID** (IDFA / GAID) to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance. On iOS, BULWARK respects the App Tracking Transparency framework — if you decline tracking, AdMob serves non-personalized ads. You can disable Remove Ads via the in-app purchase to opt out entirely.

### 2.4 App Stores (Apple App Store / Google Play Store)

When you purchase an item through BULWARK, the App Store or Google Play processes the transaction. We never see your payment method.

## 3. Services We Do NOT Use

To be explicit, BULWARK v1.0 does **NOT** integrate:

- Facebook Login, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In (other than the platform Game Center sign-in described above)
- Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, or any other crash-reporting / analytics SDK beyond what AdMob includes
- iCloud or Google Drive cloud-save sync for game progress (purchased gold credit is preserved locally via iOS automatic device backup)

If we add any of these to a future version, this policy will be updated at least 7 days before the update ships.

## 4. Local Data

BULWARK stores game progress (high score, levels cleared, upgrades owned, purchased gold balance, settings) **locally on your device** in the app's sandboxed user-data folder. This data never leaves your device, except for the purchase receipts described in §2.2 and ad-targeting data described in §2.3.

## 5. Children's Privacy

BULWARK is suitable for ages 7+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent and discover that your child has provided us with information you did not authorize, contact us at the email below and we will help.

## 6. Data Deletion

Since BULWARK does not store data on our own servers, the data we hold about you consists of:

- Locally stored game progress on your device — deleting the app removes this data.
- Purchase records held by the App Store / Google Play / RevenueCat — these are governed by their respective providers' policies. You can revoke RevenueCat's record by contacting us (§7) and we will request deletion via RevenueCat's data subject request process.
- Leaderboard / achievement records held by Apple Game Center / Google Play Games Services — managed via your Apple ID / Google Account settings.
- AdMob ad-targeting data — managed via Google's Ads Settings on Android and Apple's Tracking settings on iOS.
